Once we believe in ourselves, we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit.”–e.e. cummings

To continue to try different things and push myself in my work, I went to a free business workshop tonight and one word that really stuck out for me during the talk was “believe.” During the workshop, the speaker went on to explain that one of the first steps when you’re goal-setting, or before setting out to work toward something, is to believe in your success.

The same goes for leading a creative career path or pushing through in the creative process, in which e.e. cummings beautifully and poetically sums up our limitless possibilities with the power of believing in ourselves.

It’s been about a week of daily creating! And it’s been challenging while having other projects on deck, but definitely rewarding to see the paths where these experiments lead to.
